Blocking: golangci-lint 2.12.2 cannot type-check the Go 1.27 standard library. The current lint job fails in math/rand/v2 with method must have no type parameters, so this update leaves the required lint check unusable. Please bump golangci-lint to 2.13.0 (the release that adds Go 1.27 support) and regenerate mise.lock alongside this change.
