• intrinsic-prompt-design: improve with prompt-design + rigorous skill testing, then extract as its own published thing (working name "respect")

• PII gate is blind inside Office files, and reports clean either way

bogheorghiu/ex-cog-dev#228 · Filter by author bogheorghiu opened on Aug 19, 2026

• PII pre-push gate: an armed clean run is silent, so it looks identical to the hook never running

bogheorghiu/ex-cog-dev#227 · Filter by author bogheorghiu opened on Aug 18, 2026

• intrinsic-prompt-design: the register partition's two unfinished edges — mis-classification has no name, and the skill doesn't mark its own registers

• Project-scope components in .claude/ are validated by nothing (latent, both clean today)

• CI: make prose-review provider-agnostic (decouple from anthropics/claude-code-action) — parked, for the harness-agnostic transition

• prose-review: no scope for a process rule — a rule with no paths: binds every changed file, which no diff can satisfy

• Turn the code-review advisory into a gate: a requires-code-review label plus a check that fails while it is present

• PII CI gate: paths unscanned, one NUL voids the scan, and normalization diverges from the hook
