EPL Towers 2.2

Install: download EPLTowers-2.2.zip below and unzip it into Interface\AddOns\, so you get Interface\AddOns\EPLTowers\EPLTowers.toc. Then /reload and type /eplt (or click the banner button by the minimap). No other addons or DLLs needed.

New in 2.2

• Announcements can't be spammed: the same post goes out at most once every 30 seconds for the whole group, and two people clicking at once can't both post.
• Movable alert banner: Options > Move alerts (or /eplt anchor), drag it, click Done.
• Party and raid members on the map as class-coloured dots (hover for name and health).
• "Sync now" limited to once every 5 s; LocalDefense news passed on by one player only.
• Options buttons fit the panel; Options/Help now draw above other addons' frames.

Also included (2.1): English / Russian with flag toggle and a bundled Cyrillic font, gold dialog look, tower cards, crests, styled buttons.

See the README for screenshots and a full explanation (with a Russian section).
