Consent expires (five minutes by default), is single-use and binds the exact payload, destination and task. A changed request requires new consent. There is no MCP approve button/boolean the model can set. Credentials remain excluded even with consent. Do not claim this mechanism cryptographically distinguishes a human from an agent with unrestricted local shell access; trusted operator execution is the boundary.

This is NetClaw's **local** consent gate, not an approval API at the hosted provider. A Slack reply alone does not write the grant. When reporting `approval_required`, present the returned operator command and explain that it must be recorded locally; do not repeatedly ask for confirmation that the runtime cannot consume. Preserve the exact tool arguments, including provenance timestamps and questions. After the operator records approval, resend those unchanged arguments once. Do not regenerate the request, rotate the task ID, or treat private RFC1918 addresses as anonymized evidence. Prefer genuinely abstracted evidence without real names, addresses or topology when private disclosure is unnecessary.

The complete Slack-to-deployment workflow has not passed acceptance. No lab protocol configuration was deployed by this repair. Recovered report claims are not automatically verified facts; in particular, running/startup equality and connection initialization side effects require care. No fresh RAG-quality, interruption-edge-case or mobile acceptance is claimed.

The CML member's separate federation Git audit store reported an empty Git object and failed commits. Its history was preserved, not reinitialized. SQLite task/audit data and the primary session GAIT records remain available, but full member Git audit integrity is not established. Repair that store from verified backups before claiming complete audit health. Successful transport testing does not resolve this separate limitation.

## Jev consent repair

The subsequent Slack continuation successfully retrieved the recovered report, but stalled at local disclosure approval. Border changed the payload after the first confirmation, then requested another confirmation without explaining the operator-ledger step. It also tried to read the guide at `workspace/docs`, while installation had only supplied the sibling `docs` path used by skill links.

The repair supplies the guide at both documented locations and returns an exact, shell-quoted operator command with private-disclosure previews/refusals. It binds the configured ledger directory, request digest, endpoint and task. Tool descriptions and all six workflows explain the local gate and require retaining exact arguments. A Slack reply alone still does not grant consent; no model-controlled approval boolean was added. New workspace generation and existing-workspace adoption both include the guide correction and preserve unrelated content.

The user's already-confirmed request was recovered unchanged from the local transcript, its digest verified, and its exact one-use grant recorded through the operator CLI. A real stdio call completed assessment `1c1674c6902a42b58c7620cc218a1dd4`, with local and GAIT audit recorded. Cost was $0.00007665; aggregate spending was $0.00013776 with the existing $5/day and $0.25 shared-case caps retained. The live repair initially used an incorrectly resolved virtualenv interpreter; those attempts failed before initialization and consumed no grant or provider spend. Correct invocation succeeded once.

All 80 Jev tests passed, including an executable operator-command grant followed by an exact retry and replay rejection. Private recovery evidence is under `~/.openclaw/jev-consent-repair-20260927`. In Slack, retrieve this assessment by ID and continue the existing plan; do not resubmit it or repeat disclosure approval. The assessment is advisory and reflects the original question framing. It does not resolve pending baseline, verification or network-change requirements. A completed Slack deployment is still not claimed.
