What changed upstream

Upstream pstack 1e5c90a...99743e9 (0.15.24 to 0.15.25, plus two follow-ups):

• #628: ketchup explains changes with screenshots, videos, and diagrams.
• #633: four principles restated as reasoning, not rules.
• #634: marginal sections cut from four skills.
• #614: version bump.

Stacked on #8. This branch is cut from port/pstack-v0.15.24, so until #8 merges this diff also shows #8's commit. Merge #8 first.

Ported

• Principles (#633), verbatim except triggers: [model]: attack-the-premise now tests the premise directly instead of taking an actor census. fix-root-causes says a guard is a fix only when the state it handles is legitimate. make-operations-idempotent derives each step from the state that exists. test-behavior-not-implementation uses the break-the-behavior and change-the-internals checks. The poteto-mode principle index and /pstack:correct step 3 follow.
• Cuts (#634): lead-judgment preamble and verdict calibration; migrate-callers intro and rule bullets (matching upstream); type-system-discipline bullets (keeps /pstack:typescript-best-practices); swarm opening sentence and the N-is-total-workers step. Devin PanelRun, workspace, model, and evidence sections in swarm are untouched.
• Ketchup (#628), adapted: helps the user understand each change, shows existing pictures first, one summary bullet per ask, action items as plain bullets, choices after the list. Rendered pictures no longer count toward 150 words; text fallbacks still do.
• Version 0.6.1, release notes, README, docs/pstack-0.15.25-port-audit.md, and a new contract test.

Devin compatibility

• Principle and cut changes are prose only and touch no Devin tool, profile, hook, or helper. triggers is documented in Creating skills.
• Uncertain: the Devin docs don't say the CLI terminal renders inline images, video, or Mermaid; the CLI changelog covers image input and Markdown tables only. So every picture in ketchup stays conditional on the host rendering it, the text fallback is kept (and now links existing captures), and /visualize stays dropped.

Skipped

• Nothing else in range. Cursor-only references (/visualize) stay out.

Verification

node --test tests/*.test.mjs: 51 pass, 0 fail. git diff --check is clean. Native Devin activation of 0.6.1 and inline rendering are untested.
