The
:streams:streams-scala:spotlessScalaChecktask currently fails withscalafmt-related
NoClassDefFoundErrorerrors. This is caused bydiffplug/spotless#2850.
Since the
streams-scalamodule is already deprecated, this patch removesthe scalafmt Spotless step for that module. This should not affect active
development, and the existing license header check is kept in place.
