The star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, leaving the README without a working chart. Switch the chart to the star-history.dera.page service, which uses an alternative data source that requires no API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to star-history.dera.page, which uses an alternative data source requiring no API token, so the chart renders correctly again.
