New Deployment form gets a Windows/Linux/macOS radio group and the deployment table shows the platform column, using a shared agentPlatOptions constant instead of hardcoded strings. The "Add an agent" install modal is refactored to build its OS radios from the same constant and use the AGENT_PLAT_* values in place of the 'windows'/'linux'/'darwin' literals it had scattered through its v-show conditions.
