Farewell, and thank you

After years of building, exploring, and visualizing data together, the time has come
to archive Turnilo. Allegro no longer uses the tool internally and is stepping back
from its development, so we're marking the repository read-only with this change.

This PR adds gentle archival notices so anyone arriving here knows where things stand:

• README.md — a prominent warning banner announcing the archive.
• docs/index.md — an "important" callout on the documentation homepage.
• CONTRIBUTING.md — a note that new contributions are no longer being accepted.

What this means

• The repository becomes read-only.
• There will be no further releases, bug fixes, or support.
• Issues and pull requests will no longer be reviewed or merged.
• The existing code, history, and docs remain available for anyone who wants to read,
  fork, or learn from them.

A heartfelt thank you

Turnilo started as a fork of Pivot, carried forward through Swiv, and grew into
something the whole community shaped. From the very first commits to the latest
fixes — every issue reported, every idea shared, every late-night PR review, and
every person who simply used Turnilo to make sense of their data: thank you. 🙏

It's been a privilege. The slices, the splits, the time-series, the heatmaps — all of
it mattered because you were there exploring alongside us.

So long, and thanks for all the data. 💙
