Add a (submitter) contact information to the referenced papers

After running in the #204 problem, it would be useful to know who submitted an already referenced doi, and

• ask the person to update what needs updating
• or ask the person to share editing rights with a registered person willing to update the reference
• or have a button to tell the site administrator/moderator that a registered person requests the edition of a reference
• or something along those lines
