We should remove this, and remove the associated api-machinery either here or in a follow-up.
…dboxes gVisor runsc now supports checkpoint and restore with -no-root-container, so the sandbox root (_pause) container no longer needs an OCI bundle, rootfs, or container process. - Pass -no-root-container to runsc create and runsc restore for the sandbox container and skip SetupBundleRootfs on _pause. - Remove the dead pause_rootfs restore phase from ateom-gvisor phase logging. - Drop PauseImage from SandboxConfig, ateletpb.SandboxAssets, atelet bundle preparation/prewarming/version hashing, and documentation.
