Looks good to me. And nice to see 3 very old versions drop off the testing matrix.

haskell-citests against to match the versions supported by Agdahaskell-ci.patchfile, which failed with the current output of haskell-cihaskell-ci.ymland applied said patchhaskell-ciproblems #3055. The issue with it unnecessarily creating new caches stems from the haskell-ci tool. A patch file could be used to fix it, but I think something more 'permanent' would be much better, especially since it seems the current patch file was already missed at least once.
