Brief summary
Adds .m3u playlist files to the supported upload file types so they can be uploaded alongside media files and retained during library scanning.
Which issue is fixed?
Fixes #3981
In-depth Description
The upload page checks file extensions using SupportedFileTypes. Previously, .m3u files were not included, so they were ignored during upload.
This change adds .m3u to the supported text file types on the client, allowing M3U playlist files to be uploaded alongside media files.
I also checked the server-side file handling and found that .m3u was not included in TextFileTypes. I added .m3u there as well so that uploaded M3U files are retained during library scanning and recognized as text files.
How have you tested this?
Ran npm.cmd test — all 354 tests passed.
Ran npm.cmd run client — the client build completed successfully.
Started the server locally and confirmed .m3u appears in the Supported File Types list.
Selected test.mp3 together with test-playlist.m3u. The MP3 was recognized as an Item File and the M3U playlist as an Other File.
Uploaded both files successfully to a test library.
Scanned the test library and confirmed that test-playlist.m3u is retained under Library Files and recognized as type text.
Confirmed that test.mp3 is recognized as type audio alongside the M3U file.
