Adds scripts/capture-playground.mjs, a dependency-free Node script that drives an installed Chrome via the DevTools Protocol to capture current-UI screenshots of Template Playground (Service Agreement sample) into docs/assets/playground/. Used to refresh the images in the 'Try It in Your Browser' getting-started guide.
