fix: draw the Todo icons with Nerd Font Material circles - #226

Done tasks draw , waiting tasks , and the task in progress a circle filling up through … at 100 ms, all Nerd Font Material icons that fill more of their cell than ✓, ⠶ and the braille spinner. Roles stay as they were. Like the git header, there is no fallback without a Nerd Font. MEMORY.md, docs/configuration.md, the live checks and the design render follow the new glyphs. Refs: #225
