Summary

AGENTS.md rules reworded in STE-based wording, from the agent-instructions review of AGENTS.md:

• System design, Questions, and Prototypes bullets: shorter sentences, no -ing forms.
• Branches, Merging, Commits, and Checks: no "every", no "fix" as a noun, no semicolon.
• "human" → "user", "skills" → "Skills".
• The Issue tracker and Triage labels entries are full sentences, and their pointers have conditions.

Evidence

• docker compose run --rm bun run check exits 0.
• The meaning of each rule is unchanged; each change was approved one group at a time.
