- Updated `attach.sh` to include a shebang and change the Docker container name. - Modified `bootnodes.list` to add new enode entries. - Adjusted `devnet1.env` for network ID and port changes, and added NETSTATS_CONFIG. - Changed Docker image in `docker-compose.yml` and updated port mappings. - Enhanced `genesis.json` with additional configuration parameters and updated chain ID. - Improved `README.md` to reflect new deployment details and usage instructions. - Refined `start-devnet.sh` to handle bootnodes more effectively and added fastsync options.
