For a server other machines can reach, set C4GW_PUBLIC_SERVER, C4GW_PUBLIC_URL and C4GW_WEB_SECRET in docker-compose.yml.
Register on the website, then run C4Patcher.exe from the setup page on the Windows machine with Caesar IV. Build the patcher with dotnet build -c Release patcher/C4Patcher.csproj and copy patcher/bin/C4Patcher.exe to your game installation folder root.
Patcher releases are on the releases page. Verify a download with gh attestation verify C4Patcher.exe -R Xetera/caesar4-online.
