Deactivated Snakemake buttons, when non-executable workflows shall not be created:
It looks good, I would suggest to colour the text/button gray/black when crossed (the fact that it's blue suggest to me that it's clickable). Maybe adding a tooltip saying "Download Common Workflow Language (cwl) file" and "Download Snakemake (smk) file" would be helpful for someone that doesn't know .smk extension. I am sorry @eladrion but without having running the platform on the current machine I cannot make and test changes myself
