[Contain intrinsic size demo] Trouble scrolling back up in Example 4 with contain: size on #158

I'm using a magic mouse which has inertia, and when i try to gently scroll back up in Example 4 with
contain: sizeon, and i'm in the right most demo; there's many moments where scrolling back up jiggles, jitters or in 1 case, jittered infinitely (was able to capture with a 60fps screencap).
