- Bump VirtoCommerce.Platform.* to 3.1039.0 and inter-module deps to released versions. - Removed obsolete IHasLanguage extension (used removed platform IHasLanguage); 16 cascading obsoletes deferred. - vc-build Compress green incl. unit tests against nuget.org.
