Overview
Automated manifest bump for VirtoCommerce.ProfileExperienceApiModule in backend/packages.json.

The Azure Blob source now points at the 3.1012.0 release artifact (VirtoCommerce.ProfileExperienceApiModule_3.1012.0.zip) instead of the PR prerelease zip (…-pr-138-3176). The module entry is reordered to the end of the AzureBlob module list. Minor JSON formatting fixes are included (indentation and file newline).
