Updates the platform package manifest so VirtoCommerce.Assets is pulled from the AzureBlob prerelease source at
VirtoCommerce.Assets_3.1006.0.zipinstead of the GithubReleases entry at version3.1005.0.The diff also normalizes JSON whitespace/indentation in
