Overview
Updates the Azure Blob module manifest so VirtoCommerce.XCart points at VirtoCommerce.XCart_3.1025.0.zip instead of the previous PR prerelease 3.1024.0-pr-127-3909, and moves that entry to the end of the AzureBlob module list (after XCatalog).

The rest of the diff is JSON whitespace/indentation cleanup in packages.json; platform and other module versions are unchanged.
