Overview
Updates the backend module manifest so VirtoCommerce.Customer is installed from the AzureBlob prerelease feed at 3.1014.0 (VirtoCommerce.Customer_3.1014.0.zip) instead of the GithubReleases pin at 3.1013.0, which is removed from that source list.

The rest of the diff is JSON formatting only (indentation, trailing whitespace, closing brace newline).
