Welcome to the UGA Institute of Bioinformatics graduate student-run resources wiki!

The purpose of this repository is to make it easier for UGA IOB students to share code snippets and pipelines (in the repo) and share their recommendations for navigating grad school life (in all aspects) via a collaborative wiki! This is an effort sponsored by the Bioinformatics Graduate Student Association and came out of feedback from the 2023 Spring Retreat. Many folks provided recommendations for resources for new students as well as requests for more information to be shared.
