Replaces this repo's duplicate copy of the Code of Conduct with a one-line pointer to the org's default CoC in
UC-OSPO-Network/.github.Working groups may still set their own Code of Conduct; this only stops the repo from carrying a stale duplicate of the org default. GitHub still shows a green "Code of conduct" check in Insights, Community Standards with the pointer in place (verified on
orb-showcase).
