Just processing another round of updates to dev dependencies (mostly to remove dependabot noise).
The code changes are just eslint auto-fixes from some different whitespace decisions because of the upgrade.
Notably the prior attempts to upgrade rollup had been failing escheck , but that has been fixed upstream.
