Scope

• bump every MemHub release-bearing package to 1.0.5
• increment the monotonic release build number from 13 to 14
• replace the SDK development preview with stable hy-memory==2.0.5

Changes

• update Core dependency metadata and uv.lock to the published PyPI wheel/sdist hashes
• update the Runtime SDK identity guard to 2.0.5
• synchronize CLI, Desktop, Web, Site, Core, and workspace package versions
• regenerate SBOM and third-party notices from the installed stable dependency
• update release docs and changelog for MemHub 1.0.5 / build 14
