Brings this repo in line with the postgresql and sqlserver plugins, which until now were the only ones with CI beyond the release workflow.

Workflows

• ci.yml
  • test: cargo build/cargo test --locked, clippy -D warnings, cargo fmt --check
  • validate-manifest: checks .tabularium against the live registry schema
  • pr-title: Conventional Commits check
  • markdownlint
  • audit: rustsec/audit-check on every push/PR plus a weekly scheduled run
• version-suggestion.yml: same as postgresql, comments the suggested next tag on each PR. The prerelease:* label is optional here: without it the suggestion targets a stable release, so PRs don't fail for a missing label.

Other changes

• src/main.rs: cargo fmt plus cargo clippy --fix (19 needless_borrow). No behaviour change, tests still pass.
• .markdownlint.json / .markdownlintignore copied from the other plugins. CHANGELOG.md is ignored because git-cliff regenerates it on every release.
• Cargo.lock: semver-compatible bumps of rustls (0.23.45), rustls-webpki (0.103.15), aws-lc-sys (0.45.0) and lz4_flex (0.11.6, the previous one was also yanked). The first audit run flagged 8 advisories on the old versions (RUSTSEC-2026-0041, -0044, -0048, -0049, -0098, -0099, -0104, -0285).
• README: alt text on images, blank line after the title, table indented under its list item.

Verified locally: tests, clippy, fmt, manifest validation and markdownlint all pass.
