Publishes Teleton Agent 0.11.2 with inline Rich Message buttons, Claude Fable 5.1, GPT-6 Astra, Gemini 3.8 Flash, and streamlined release builds.
Also refreshes vulnerable transitive dependencies so both root and WebUI security audits pass.
Validation: CI passed on Node 22.22.2, 24.15.0, and 26.0.0, including coverage, static checks, security audits, CLI smoke, and Docker build.
