Summary

• Preserve and render native Rich Message metadata consistently.
• Unify Rich Message text, media, documents, URL/copy buttons, and edits under telegram_send_message.
• Move embedding and sqlite-vec retrieval to workers, scope KNN before top-K, exclude the current message, and deduplicate retrieval results.
• Bump Teleton and the changelog to v0.11.1.

Validation

• CI passed on Node.js 22, 24, and 26.
• Docker build passed.
