Part of the v0.1.0 peer-mesh release.

Tasks:

• Run the full Lobby to Group to NDO flow across TWO real physical machines (not sandbox conductors) on the public bootstrap.
• Capture every friction point (gossip races per Group membership self-heal never reconciles a gossip-raced join until the group is re-opened #119, connection manifest, clone-cell provisioning per fix: createCloneCell with DNA properties fails from JS client (blocks #117) #120, UI loading states) into a runbook.
• Feed findings back into Group membership self-heal never reconciles a gossip-raced join until the group is re-opened #119/fix: createCloneCell with DNA properties fails from JS client (blocks #117) #120 and the install guide.

Acceptance: two humans on two machines complete the full peer-mesh flow; runbook captured; blocking friction resolved or filed.
