Unions the badge engine (vibez + birdy), keeps main's character-load session anchor, re-untracks web/build per the release model, and adds vibez to SERVER_BADGE_APPS alongside its server-authoritative peers.

…n moderation (#55) Vibez short-video app: server-backed feed, accounts through the shared accounts engine, live streaming, and admin moderation tooling. Branch was merged with current main before landing: badge engine unions vibez with birdy, web/build stays untracked per the release model, and vibez joins SERVER_BADGE_APPS with the other server-authoritative badge apps.

Replaces the mock-data Vibez demo with a fully server-backed short-video app, following the photogram architecture:
server/vibez/): 8phone_vibez_*tables (profiles, posts, likes, saves, comments, comment likes, follows, notifications) with idempotent schema bootstrap; authoritative actions for feed (For You / Following), discover (view-ranked + hashtag trends mined from captions), create/delete, likes/saves/views, comments, mentions, follows, activity, profile editing and account wipe; in-memory live-streaming module (host media relay, viewers, ephemeral comments, hearts) mirroring photogram live.client/apps/vibez.lua): NUI callback proxy, latent live frame/chunk relays, 1:1 push-event relays.web/src/apps/vibez/): real API layer replacing seed data; swipe-snap video feed with autoplay, double-tap like, comments sheet, discover search + trends, inbox with follow-back and unread badge, own/other profiles with liked/saved grids and edit sheet, upload flow (gallery picker, record-with-camera hand-off that auto-reopens Vibez with the recorded clip preloaded, go LIVE), LIVE host/viewer.vibezmute scope enforced on posting/commenting.web/src/apps/photogram/live/liveMedia.tsmoved toweb/src/shared/liveMedia.ts(now shared by both apps); rebuiltweb/buildincluded.Media uses the existing Fivemanage pipeline (hosted URLs only, no blobs). Accounts ride the shared accounts engine, where vibez was already registered.

Testing
Tested on a local dev server (HLRP): account creation/login, posting from gallery, record-with-camera round trip, likes/comments/follows with live count fan-out, discover trends + search, inbox notifications + badge, profile editing, post deletion, admin panel browsing/deleting and mute scope.
tsc, ESLint and vitest (73 tests) all pass; browser dev mode keeps working via seed data.Breaking Changes
None. New tables are created automatically on first boot; the badges payload gains an additive
