Batch Import/Export of documents

User should be able to upload a list of files in addition to the single file Upload:

• Create 'Bulk Upload' Tab
• If a bulk is triggered, do a sanity check (-> check if you have the same filename for each pair of documents)
• If thats not the case, give an error popup on the frontend
• If it works, shedule all documents for processing

Add a button or similar to the download tab:

• Download a excel sheet, containing all excel files with filename as ID
