Quilt Loader 0.28.0-beta.2 crashes on 1.16.x/1.17 servers "Unsupported scheme quilt.zfs://... trying to list vanilla resources (NYI?)"

[JulianVennen]

The latest quilt beta crashes on servers in any version >= 1.16 and <= 1.17.
Here's an example log from a 1.17 server: https://mclo.gs/nXwZ5bi

Thanks for the report! I'll try to fix this properly soon, but for now I'll just push a beta.3 that reverts it.
