Automatic detection crashes in domU (see referenced issue). Since it
isn't relevant for driver domains, simply disable it.

Automatic detection crashes in domU (see referenced issue). Since it
isn't relevant for driver domains, simply disable it.
Replace the whole xl.conf file as it makes it easier on updates, and the
original file (which will be saved as xl.conf.qubes-orig) has only
comments.
