Would it not be better to have a collection of resource packs that include certain versions' panoramas?

Then, we can link it on our pages and people can use what they like

I came here to suggest exactly the same thing once again lol

With PrideXYZ infra its probably going to be somewhat 'easy' to automate this process if we need to.
