[Feature] Add OfoxAI as a native provider and hosted Dashboard integration

What Would You Like to See with the Gateway?

Please add OfoxAI as:

1. A first-class provider in the open-source Portkey Gateway, using the provider slug ofox.
2. A branded provider tile in the hosted app.portkey.ai Integrations dashboard.
3. A provider in Portkey's model catalog and integration documentation.

The hosted Dashboard request is intentional and separate from the open-source adapter. Without a native tile, hosted users must configure OfoxAI manually through the Custom OpenAI flow.

Context for Your Request

OfoxAI is a unified multi-provider AI API gateway. Its current public model endpoint reports 140 available models, exposed through OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic-native, and Gemini-native APIs.

The initial Portkey provider implementation can use the OpenAI-compatible API. Native Anthropic and Gemini support can be scoped separately if needed.

• OpenAI compatibility keeps the initial adapter small and makes migration straightforward.
• A native provider entry avoids the multi-field custom_host setup and makes OfoxAI discoverable alongside other gateway/aggregator providers already listed by Portkey.
• First-class provider metadata enables consistent authentication, endpoint handling, model discovery, observability, and cost attribution.

OfoxAI can provide the following to maintainers:

• SVG and PNG logo assets
• Provider metadata and descriptions
• A scoped test API key through a private channel
• Compatibility test cases
• An implementation PR for the open-source Gateway

Please confirm whether the hosted Dashboard tile requires a separate product or partnership review after the Gateway provider is accepted.
