update axioms referencing artificial object

Description of the issue

We imported material artifact from CCO (#2267) and plan to move subclasses of artificial object to material artifact (#2317).
We also have to discuss the existing axioms referencing the artificial object in the OEO and see which might be referencing the material artifact instead of artificial object or both.
