A --parameter-file profile for users who want more stable trajectories and tighter accepted states at a measured cost (~8% Newton): two-level CNV acceptance (1e-3/1e-2 with explicit onset, so the 1.0 relaxed tolerance never applies), a higher inner well-iteration cap, and the convergence diagnostics on. Every entry cites its measurement from a 508-deck A/B campaign, and the file also records what was measured and deliberately NOT set.

Draft to discuss whether shipping such profiles in-tree is wanted at all, and where they should live. Entries that depend on open PRs (#7299, #7301) are included commented-out.

A parameter file preferring trajectory stability and quality of accepted
states over raw speed, with the measurement behind every entry cited
inline (508-deck A/B campaign on the opm-tests suite, serial). Includes
the entries measured and deliberately NOT set, so they are not retried.
