Description
This PR adds a reproducible comparison of cudf-polars source coverage from the local tests and the upstream Polars test suite. The command records per-test coverage in separate data files and produces line-level JSON, an HTML summary, local-test classifications, and a ranked queue of possible local-to-upstream duplicate pairs. Each pair includes shared and local-only source lines, representative test contexts, and whether the upstream node appears in the maintained GPU-execution list. The reports record the cuDF revision, installed Polars version, matching upstream Polars checkout revision, and suite exit statuses.
The queue identifies tests for behavioral review, not tests approved for deletion. The developer guide documents close behavioral matches, the backend checks they do not replace, and examples of misleading overlap. The command retains diagnostic reports when a suite fails but still exits unsuccessfully. This PR does not remove tests or change Polars dependencies, GPU injection, or upstream test selection.
