Compatibility with Blombooru

I have a self hosted booru and I would like to access it via lolisnatcher, but I get Failed to guess the file extension/Unknow file type trying to load it.
My booru have access only via login, so I setted up an api key for lolisnatcher, but it did not work.

I think I found the issue: LoliSnatcher does not use the file_ext field that the booru's JSON returns. Instead it guesses the file type only from the extension in the file URL, by taking whatever comes after the last dot.

My booru's API returns media URLs without any extension at all, like /api/media/5/file. So there is no dot, LoliSnatcher gets nothing after it, cannot match it to an image type, and shows Failed to guess the file extension. That is why every single image fails to load no matter what I do in the app settings.

The login and api key part is not the problem. That auth is sent and accepted fine. The failure is purely about the extensionless URLs, which is also why Grabber and Tachiyomi work on the same booru but LoliSnatcher does not. Those clients read the file_ext value from the JSON, LoliSnatcher does not.

So for LoliSnatcher to work here the handler would need to fall back to the file_ext field from the API when the URL has no useful extension. That is a change in the danbooru handler, since the generic handler always guesses from the URL.
