Set wallpapers

I think it would be pretty convenient if the app had an option to set images as wallpaper and for them to be centered by default (because Android sometimes causes the wallpapers to shift when you swipe the launcher) or to let users choose which parts of the wallpaper to use

And, of course, it should include options to set a background for the home screen, the lock screen, or both
