Allow entering MS2 scan numbers (as well as MS1)

In some cases, multiple MS2 scans are generated from different precursors of the same MS1 scan. Selecting an MS2 scan (via -s option of read_ms_data) should then result in reading only the given MS2 scan and the corresponding MS1 scan.
