ASPA support

Suggestion received per mail:

I was curious if there are plans to implement a component to IRR explorer to include ASPA support? I see ARIN has implemented support in January and other RIRs are targeted support by the end of 2026. I'm working the schools in Michigan to be an early adopter of ASPA and be in support of others emerging Internet security best practices. Right now, I feel I might be a little early deploying ASPA without any simple web tools to validate if ASPA is implemented correctly or at all. To me, it seems logical to add that support to IRR Explorer. I've noticed there's been support under the NLNOG LG site for ASPA validation.

I'm not really sure what integration would look like but maybe something like a simple icon saying ASPA is unknown/known, or maybe simply displayed on a new line per ASN. I guess the first step would be seeing if it really makes sense with IRR Explorer or not.

Although I see how ASPA has a place here in the output of IRRExplorer, I'm not sure yet how we should do this. IRRExplorer output is all grouped per prefix while ASPA records are per ASN.

We discussed this, and our conclusion was that showing the ASPA records on the ASN-details page makes sense.
