Trying to sit on server with polysit and immersive portals cause player to be locked out

Environment

• Minecraft: 1.20.1 Server (Apex Hosting)
• Polysit: 0.6.1+1.20.1
• Polymer: 0.5.20+1.20.1
• Loader: Fabric 0.16.14
• Java:

To reproduce

1. connect to server
2. set up any sittable object
3. attempt to sit

Expected results

sit normally

got locked out of server

Non-zero chance this is a Polymer-related bug.

Out of curiosity, is this with a prebuilt pack in any form, or did you build the pack yourself?

Want to know for if I need to dissect the pack for a different conflict than the obvious duo.

Can confirm 1.21.1; sitting in front of the portal promptly kicks the player even in single player.

Part of this issue needs to go to Immersive Portals; there's a severely critical bug this exposes where the player and world cannot save.

Okay I've severed the Polymer-half from the seat and I'm able to sit around and in the portal.

More care is going to be needed but I can at least make this work for this unique edge-case.

Blocking now is the need to tell whether the client in question is a Polysit 0.10+ client; 0.9-'s seats are not usable by the ClientWorld.

I'm fixing this by removing the server-side compatibility when either Polymer is missing or Immersive Portals is present, as 1.20.1 no longer supported by IP. This will apply along the maintained versions, and is unlikely to be changed in the future due to IP's complexity.

If they do fix the underlying bug, it can be lifted, but in the meantime, there's no other solution available.
