This command has, in a previous form, been accidentally misused, and team members have expressed discomfort having it around.
An acceptable substitute exists that has the desired higher friction. You can delete two files on the server world in the data folder:
scattered_shards_collections.dat will nuke the record of collected shards, and
scattered_shards_library.dat will nuke the library
