* idea plugin: deployment folder changed from idea to com.mobidevelop.robovm.intellij + fixes

1. it might cause problem in future to have plugin folder named idea inside JetBrains installed plugins folder.

2. fixed repeating message "Installed RoboVM SDK" on each gradle sync ever if there is not files were installed

important one:

• installation folder: ~/Application Support/Google/AndroidStudio2026.1.2/plugins/idea.

other locations:

• inside com.mobidevelop.robovm.intellij-2.3.26-SNAPSHOT.zip root folder was names as "Idea"
• in AS/Idea cache zip was named Idea: ~/Library/Caches/Google/AndroidStudio2026.1.2/plugins/idea.zip
• during development, idea deploys it to plugins folder with Idea name: ~/Library/Caches/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2026.2/plugins-sandbox/plugins/Idea

fyi: verification failed as there was something wrong with Xcode on runner. IllegalArgumentException "The path ' means findXcodePath() failed.
