Yes, the demand from Chinese IC developers is pretty strong. My Twitter ID is @Herbertyang (https://twitter.com/herbertyang <https://twitter.com/herbertyang>). Give me a yell on Twitter and I can loop you guys into the Chinese IC communities and pulse the developers for their interest. For example, ICP League is the largest IC community in China.
